Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes the shipping and delivery processes for physical products purchased through the Sajal Aryan website (such as fine art framed prints and annual calendars). For digital products, access is provided instantly via email upon successful transaction completion.

1. Shipping Partners & Regions

We partner with premier logistics aggregators like Shiprocket to handle domestic delivery across India. We dispatch goods to most pincodes within India. International shipping queries are handled case-by-case; please contact us directly for shipping quotes outside of India.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Window: Since physical framed prints are produced bespoke to custom laboratory dimensions, printing, framing, and strict quality control require 3 to 5 business days of production time before handover to the courier.
  • Courier Transit Time: Once handed over to the courier, standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on delivery location, courier availability, and regional holidays.
  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, a tracking link with the carrier details and Air Waybill (AWB) number will be sent automatically to your registered email address.

3. Delivery Address Corrections

We can only process delivery address corrections or updates within 12 hours of order placement. Once printing or framing begins or the shipment is queued with Shiprocket, no modifications can be accepted. Sajal Aryan Photography is not responsible for delivery failures or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

4. Premium Packaging & Damage Insurance

  • Every physical print and frame undergoes meticulous inspection before packaging.
  • We package prints in structurally rigid wooden crates or reinforced heavy-duty boxes to withstand shipping hazards.
  • All physical shipments are covered by transit insurance. If your print arrives with visible damage (such as a dented frame or cracked glass), you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the product at ask@sajalaryan.in so we can process a free replacement order.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with deliveries or shipping services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
