By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyrights
- All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, layout designs, metadata, and all wildlife photographs, is the exclusive property of Sajal Aryan and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
- Prints Purchase Copyright Limitation: Purchasing a physical fine art print or a digital publication does NOT transfer any copyright, intellectual property, commercial license, or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not scan, photocopy, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any print or digital guide without express prior written consent from Sajal Aryan.
- Course Materials License: Access to Masterclass: Fundamentals of Wildlife Photography is for individual, non-commercial educational use only. Sharing log-in credentials, downloading video files, or distributing course checklists is strictly prohibited.
2. Purchases & E-Commerce
- All pricing figures shown on our platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes.
- Payment Terms: We accept payments through our secure checkout integration powered by Razorpay. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking account utilized for the payment.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at any time for reasons including product availability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected transaction fraud.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Physical goods (Prints & Calendars) are processed and dispatched using Shiprocket. Delivery timelines shown during checkout are estimates and are subject to courier network availability, regional holidays, and customs clearance where applicable.
- Delivery address corrections are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sajal Aryan Photography and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use this website, including transaction errors, server downtime, shipping delays, or email communication issues.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, along with your use of this website and any transactions conducted on it, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, suits, or disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted immediately with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
