Welcome to Sajal Aryan Wild Expeditions & Photography. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, fine art print orders, photography workshops, and core zone wildlife safari bookings.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyrights

  • All content on this website, including photographs, videos, text, metadata, and e-books, is the exclusive property of Sajal Aryan.
  • Purchasing prints, books, or safari packages does NOT transfer image copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the buyer.

2. Wild Expeditions & Core Zone Safaris

  • Forest Department Regulation: All wildlife safaris, core zone permits (Zones 1–5), vehicle entries, and gate timings are strictly governed and issued by the Rajasthan Forest Department. Sajal Aryan Wild Expeditions operates as an authorized facilitator for permit bookings, lodge accommodation, and guided photography tours.
  • Mandatory Government ID: Every guest MUST carry the original physical government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) submitted during booking. Entry will be denied by forest officials at the gate if ID details do not match, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • Safari Zone & Vehicle Allocation: Safari zones and vehicle numbers are assigned by the Forest Department automated allocation system. While private 4x4 Gypsy upgrades guarantee an exclusive vehicle for your group, specific zone preferences are subject to government availability.
  • Inquiry & Permit Booking Policy: Registering your interest creates a zero-fee permit inquiry. Once our safari coordinator verifies permit availability on +91 72328 52755, booking confirmation requires payment for permit issuance.
  • Cancellation & Force Majeure: Safari permits are non-transferable once issued by the Forest Department. In cases of park closures by government authorities or extreme weather events, permit rescheduling or refunds will adhere strictly to Forest Department official guidelines.

3. Purchases & E-Commerce

  • All pricing figures shown on our platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Online transactions are processed securely via Razorpay checkout integration.

4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Sajal Aryan Photography shall not be liable for indirect damages, server downtime, or government forest park schedule revisions. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
