Thank you for shopping at Sajal Aryan Photography. We stand behind the quality of our museum-grade prints, publications, and educational courses. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Digital Products (E-Books & Online Courses)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our digital offerings, including:
- The Complete Digital E-Book Guide to Ranthambore
- Masterclass: Fundamentals of Wildlife Photography
If you are unsatisfied with the content of the digital book or course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be sent to support@sajalaryan.com with your email address and Order/Enrollment ID. Once processed, refunds will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
2. Fine Art Limited Edition Framed Prints
All fine art prints are custom-produced, framed, and packaged specifically to your dimensions and choice of options. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing selection.
Damage in Transit & Defect Replacements:
- We inspect every print and frame under high-intensity lighting before packing. All shipments are insured and dispatched in structurally rigid wooden crates or reinforced heavy-duty boxes.
- In the highly unlikely event that your print arrives damaged (broken glass, dented frame, or torn print), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please send photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself, along with your Order ID, to support@sajalaryan.com.
- Upon validation of transit damage, we will produce and dispatch a brand new replacement print at absolutely zero cost to you.
3. Premium Annual Calendars
- Unopened, sealed calendars in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned calendar, a refund (minus any shipping fees) will be processed within 5 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Digital Goods: Cannot be cancelled once download links have been generated or access has been granted (except under the 14-day satisfaction refund guarantee).
- Prints: Orders are queued for custom laboratory printing and framing within 12 hours of order confirmation. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Return & Refund Policy, and all transactions conducted through this platform, are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
